We would like to extend an invitation to you to our semi-annual Software and Service User Group Conference to be held on Monday and Tuesday, October 11 and 12, 2010, at the Kalahari Resort in the Wisconsin Dells.
We are excited about the conference and we hope you are too! Check out the agenda (subject to modification) - we are offering 154 topics during 11 different sessions. Whether you are interested in Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Special Ed, or the Student Records area, we have sessions for you. Now is the time to get on track for Skyward’s move to the web. Various vendors that attend the conference will also have sessions to demonstrate their product. Need a little one-on-one time with Skyward personnel? They will be happy to help you in the main conference hall.
Take a look at our registration form and you will see we have kept our rates the same. This time we are including the full Kalahari Breakfast Buffet on both Monday and Tuesday mornings. Just our way to give your day a jump start.
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Kalahari for Sunday and Monday, October 10 and 11, at a reduced rate. Please call Reservations at 1-877-253-5466 before Monday, September 20, 2010. Use booking ID #803 when making your reservations. The four-person room rate is $99 (hut) or $119 (lodge). The six-person room rate which consists of one hut and one lodge is $218. These rates include passes to their famous indoor water park. Tax exempt information must be provided when making room reservations. Purchase orders must note “room and incidentals” if you wish to incur other charges on the direct billing. If you are using a district credit card and you want to avoid problems at check-in, please fax a confirmation from the person whose name is on the card along with the names of each individual it covers to 1-608-254-6116. If you would like to take advantage of the extended stay option on Friday and/or Saturday, you are able to reserve the same amount of rooms as you are reserving for the conference – if they are available. However, if you are making reservations for Friday and/or Saturday only and not the conference, rates will be at the Kalahari regular rate. Call for your reservations early as there are a limited number of rooms, especially for extended stay. Make sure you tell the Kalahari that you are attending the Software and Service User Group Conference (not Skyward conference).
